5 Tips for Cutting Your Sugar Intake

We all love a sweet treat, but unfortunately, sugar can have a ton of harmful effects on your body. While the naturally occurring sugars found in fruits and vegetables are fine, "added sugars" can lead to diabetes, heart disease, tooth decay, and more. Replace Condiments with Herbs and Spices

You might not think too much about that bottle of ketchup sitting on your kitchen counter, but many condiments are jam-packed with added sugars. One tablespoon of Heinz ketchup, for instance, contains 4 grams of sugar. Try flavoring your food with herbs and spices instead.
