We feel fortunate at Green Goo. We are able to work with family, be supported by our community, and make a product that we believe in.
We believe deeply in passing on this good fortune by partnering with charities, aid organizations, and causes close to our hearts, both in the US and around the world. This is the cornerstone of our business. Our passion is to provide all people access to healthy and affordable products.
Some of the organizations we have partnered with are: World Vision, Mercy in Action, Mandela Foundation, Snowball Express, Summit for Soldiers, the Pacific Crest Trail Association, John Hopkins, and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Hurricane Disaster Relief 2017
Our Warehouse Crew piled the pallets high and wide with natural first aid products to help those in the Hurricanes 2017. In early September, we shipped over 8000 deodorant, first aid, and baby products (almost $60,000) to Rock Port Fire Department for Harvey victims. We wished we could do more, but we hope this made a difference during their hard times.
Green Goo is donating 1% of the sale of our Baby Bundle Kit to World Vision’s Mother and Child Health that will educate and empower women to have healthier pregnancies and stronger babies.
Your purchases help to support our donations to Mercy in Action. Mercy in Action is a non-profit organization that focuses on the crisis in Maternal, Newborn, Child health care worldwide.
Our Animal First Aid products help support the planet. All sales support the 1% for the Planet.
1% of all sales of our Climber's First Aid and Sportsman Goo Stick go to Summit for Soldiers: Therapy through Outdoor Adventures.
.5% of the sales of all Green Goo deodorants will be donated to The Keep A Breast Foundation.
1% of the sales of Green Goo First Aid products will be donated to the NASCAR Foundation.
We became B Corp certified this year. B Corps are a new type of company that use the power of business to solve social and environmental problems. B Corp certification is to sustainable business what Fair Trade certification is to coffee or USDA Organic certification is to milk. This designation reflects the values upon which our company was founded and our operating philosophies today. We became B Corp because capitalism affects change when it is mindful of doing what is right at the expense of profits. The B Corp Impact Assessment reflects not only what we currently do, but applies rigor to and accountability for our mission.
If you feel strongly about a cause and would like to partner, please give us a call. We are not finished! By purchasing Green Goo products, you are helping to make a difference, One Tin at a Time.
