Protecting my tattoos since 2014
I've bought this product online and in stores multiple times. Compared to other zinc oxide based sun blocks, Solar Goo rubs in easily without leaving white residue, its comfortable to wear and its long lasting. Its the sunscreen I've been using to protect my tattoos for the past six years.
But why is it being marketed as a homeopathic sunscreen? Looks like it has something to do with listing Calendula as an active ingredient? (Even though in this case the Caledula is actually present in this product and not diluted away.) Seeing "Homeopathic" on a label usually makes me extremely skeptical of a products efficacy. I would hate for someone to get the impression that this is anything but a really good, really effective mineral sun block with a scientifically proven active ingredient.
