Our next Green Goo donation for the Season of Goodness is to New Legacy Home for Women & Lubbock Dream Center. We're sending them 20 gallons of hand sanitizer this week!
If you're new to the fun, each week until the end of 2020, Green Goo is going to donate gallons of hand sanitizer to organizations close to our hearts and to organizations you choose until we reach our goal of donating $100,000 worth of products. We came to the New Legacy Home and Lubbock Dream Center through our roots in Texas and we’ve seen first hand how they are changing their community in the Lone Star State. Their long term, structured program offers women the opportunity to transition, change old habits, and change their lives in a safe, caring environment. And their weekly programs help provide food, education, and after-school activities for the local community.

The Lubbock Dream Center serves in excess of 1600 people with countless different needs each week. One enormous unmet need in our city that continues to present itself is the lack of designated housing to provide a structured program for women and children in crisis.
The New Legacy Home exists to help women that have a strong desire to change their lives and are willing to commit fifteen months of working towards that goal. The purpose of the New Legacy home is to help women write a new life story, leaving a new legacy that empowers them and future generations to serve in the Lubbock community as productive citizens.
