All you have to do to enter is fill out the form below--telling us why you're nominating the amazing dad or father figure in your life--with a picture. We'll choose a Grand Prize Winner after the big day, June 20, to win a $2,021 Green Goo gift card AND we'll select nine other entrants who will receive $100 gift cards to GreenGoo.com.

- Submissions will be accepted from 8am MST on Monday, June 7, through 11:59pm PST on Sunday, June 20, 2021.
- (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random to receive a $2,021 Green Goo Gift Card and (9) Additional Prize Winners will also be selected at random to receive one Green Goo Gift Card worth $100.
- Winners will be selected on Monday, June 21. Designated winners must claim prize via email within 24 hours.
